Support for Parents of Children With Special Needs and Health Concerns
Parents Empowering Parent (PEP), was organized by three parents in North Central Massachusetts, who felt there was a need for a place for parents and caregivers of children with special needs to go and be with others who could share their feelings about having children who are "different."
